Terms of membership for family members/carers/person on the autism spectrum

I give permission for my details to be included on a database for the purpose of being part of a mailing list to receive the following: copies of the SASN newsletter, information regarding ASD research, resources, events, training and services across Scotland and information regarding local autism networks and how to participate

Terms of membership for professionals

I give permission for details of my organisation/service to be included in a database of services and resources for ASD – this database will be used to provided information to professionals, parents and people with ASC who enquire about specific services as appropriate (no personal details will be given)

I give permission for the Scottish Autism Service Network to refer queries to my service/organisation if and as appropriate (no personal details will be given)
